About Me: I’ve been fortunate enough to grow up in beautiful Northern Michigan and, in turn, raise my now-grown children here as well. This place has always felt like home, and I’m grateful for all the memories and adventures it has given our family.
I’m also lucky to have a wonderful husband who shares my love of exploring. Together, we’re always looking for our next adventure, whether that means hiking a new trail, exploring somewhere we’ve never been, or uncovering the hidden treasures tucked away. There’s always something new to discover, and we love finding it together.
Coaching Experience: I started coaching a youth softball team when I was 16 years old just a few years ago 😉 and moved into coaching volleyball when I was 18 and just kind of went from there. I’ve coached all ages ranging from 13 to 18 years old. I’ve also been a volleyball official for High School, Club and College since 2022. I’ve coached with Northshore since 2014.
Coaching Philosophy: I coach to give young women a voice, to help them believe in themselves, and to remind them to be grateful for everything they experience along the way, both on and off the court. For me, coaching is about so much more than volleyball. It’s about helping young women find their confidence, discover their strengths, and appreciate the people and moments that shape them along the way.
