Coaching Opportunities

One of the surest ways to improve volleyball in Northern Michigan is to also improve coaching.  Coaching club volleyball provides a great opportunity to learn and practice new drills, techniques, and philosophies over all.  One of the ways NorthSHORE compensates their coaches is by helping them attend coaching clinics.

We are happy to invite new coaches into our program, and it doesn’t take a full commitment.  Our Practice Coach position only requires 1-2 evening practices per week.  Our Assistant Coach position requires 1-2 practices per week and is flexible with travel, and only our Head Coach position requires a full commitment with practices, tournament travel, and coaches’ meetings.
