“Attitude reflect leadership.”

About Me: If you’ve spent any time around me, you’ve probably heard the phrase, “Everyone needs a Brandi!”. My energy, positivity, and dedication make a lasting impact wherever I go!

Professionally, I serves as Regional Operations Manager for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate Northern Michigan, where I lead daily operations and supports teams across multiple offices. I commit to helping others extend far beyond my career. As a former foster parent, community volunteer, and nonprofit board member, I’m passionate about serving others and creating meaningful connections.

That same passion shines on the volleyball court. As a former player and coach with more than 20 years on the bench, I’m dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court. I believe volleyball is about more than competition. It is an opportunity to build confidence, character, teamwork, and lifelong friendships.

Above all, I’m a proud wife and mother of two who leads with heart, purpose, and enthusiasm in every area of my life. I’m known for my infectious smile, encouraging spirit, and unwavering support of those around me, I’m is committed to helping every athlete reach their full potential while fostering a positive and competitive team culture.

Coaching Experience: I started coaching in 2002 at Petoskey High school. I coached the Freshmen Team for 11 years. Then I moved to Munising and coached their JV Team and help start their middle school program. When I moved to Traverse City, I coached the TC Central Freshmen Team for two seasons. I’m now an a volunteer assistant coach for the TC West 8A and Freshmen team. I am also a first year ref!

Why I Coach: Success on my team is measured by collective growth, effort, and how we respond to challenges. Volleyball is a sport of ultimate interdependence; no single player can win a match alone. Players are expected to celebrate their teammates’ successes, support them through errors, and communicate constructively on and off the court. Being a great teammate is a required skill, not an option. My goal is to cultivate a high-energy environment where athletes develop a lifelong passion for volleyball, learn the value of discipline and accountability, and leave the season as better athletes and individuals.
