Tina Schaub
Coaching Experience: I’ve been coaching for 20 years in multiple sports between elementary and high school, as well as co-coaching club. I’m honored to be coaching 14 Blue for NorthShore.
Why I coach: I have a passion for mentoring student athletes’ mental and physical skills for the game of volleyball and life using effective strategies to succeed as a person, player and then as a teammate. Allowing mistakes to have the power to turn them into someone better than where they were before. Seek first to understand then understand. So influential to developing strong young women.
“I am somebody, I was somebody when I came, I’ll be a better somebody when I leave, I am powerful and I am strong, and I deserve the education that I get here. I have things to do and people to impress and places to go.” -Rita Pierson
